Transformation Reviews 5: Believix

So, it's time to review my personal favourite transformation- Believix! Now, as usual I will review each Winx member's believix from my least favourite to my favourite! I'm not going to count Roxy either, but if you would like to know where she would place, it would be around rank 3, I would say.


Number 6:

It was VERY hard to choose between every Winx, as there are at least a couple of things that I like about most of them. Tecna got number 6 as I'm not so keen on her main outfit. It's somewhat cool, but it's just not really to my taste. Her hair is too simple as well. I do like simple, but maybe they could have added a small thing to it to make it look less bland. As well as that, I don't like her sequence as much as #5 on this list. However, do I like Tecna's boots, gloves and ESPECIALLY her wings!

Number 5:

I honestly like everything about Musa's Believix- except one thing. And you probably know what part I'm talking about, the pink part at the top of her trousers. What were the designers thinking? It REALLY doesn't look good there. Other than that, I think Musa's Believix is very good! The colour scheme is probably my favourite out of all the fairies and it looks very good on Musa. I really LOVE her boots, especially the colour. The wings are very nice too, although they appear kind of plain on this picture (they're actually not as plain though). Finally, I love her sequence! It's kind of short but I personally think it's the most unique and fitting out of all of the Believix sequences.

Number 4:

Bloom's Believix is low-ish for the simple reason- I prefer others to it. While I love the colour scheme and wings, when Bloom isn't transforming, I couldn't really tell that Bloom is the fairy of the dragon flame! I think I said something similar for her Magic Winx or Charmix form saying how I don't really understand how hearts link in to the dragon flame, so I won't repeat it. Back onto Bloom's Believix, I think her hair is nice, it's not too simple, but not too complex either which makes it look very nice. Her sequence is okay, I like how the ending background appears with the Great Dragon. Speaking of the end, one thing I dislike is that derpish smile which you can see in the picture above and some of the faces Bloom pulls during the sequence.

Number 3:

While Aisha's hair is quite simple like Tecna's, I think it works a bit better, maybe it's because of her pink fringe. Anyway, I think Aisha's outfit reflects her sporty personality to a T! And the colours (blue with a bit of pink) make me think of the sea and Aisha's morphix! My favourite things about Aisha's Believix are the wings, the boots and the ending background. The wings are gorgeous and COULD be one of my favourite set of wings in Winx! The boots look generally awesome and are lovely colours too. The sequence isn't my favourite but I like the start of it with the kind of ripple effect.

Number 2:

I do think Stella looks a little like a cheerleader- but I don't mind! Her hair looks really nice and I just really like it for some reason. Her colour scheme isn't my favourite- but it fits her energetic and upbeat personality to a T. I love her wings, they're so colourful, bright and beautiful. Her transformation sequence is quite cool too. It's not as good as Musa's- but easily one of my favourites. The only think I'm not so keen on is her ending pose, it looks kind of uncomfortable. As well as that, the boots seem a little dark, but I still think they go with her outfit relatively well.

Number 1:

Yeah, yeah. Big surprise. Flora number 1. But I can't help it if she has the best Believix (well, in my opinion). I really like her boots- I think I would wear them if I could (and if Flora is a UK 5) and I like her skirt, top and flower bracelets too. Although I think Flora's top is a little short (but not as short as Musa's Enchantix top). Her wings are lovely, although in her final pose the flowers somewhat look like holes. I also really like her hair. The sequence I like as well, not as much as Musa's though (so I like it a similar amount to Stella's).

Transformation Reviews 4: 3D Enchantix

The Enchantix transformation from the 1st movie! My favourite of the movies as well! I shall rate on how good the outfits look, and the sequence. Although, the order will be relatively similar to the 2D form.

Number 6:

Please don't hate for me ranking Musa at 6! It's because it's like her top has become even shorter! It's literally a piece of reddish-pink fabric with some yellow fabric covering her breasts! I think it's too short! Other than that, she's looks beautiful in CGI. Her sequence is short, but really nice. I really like the effects and the red background. 

Number 5:

Although I still don't really like the shorts, I prefer Tecna's Enchantix to Musa's because it isn't AS revealing (it still is, but not as much). I still think Tecna's outfit looks quite nice, just like it did in 2D. The wings look the best, if you ask me. really like the sequence too! Especially the end part with the shoes and wings- it definitely shows Tecna as the fairy of technology! 

Number 4:

I think Aisha has a nice transformation sequence in 3D, It's much better than her 2D one! I feel like it reflects her power and ability better than the 2D one did. The only thing I don't like is the colour of the gloves- they don't look nice, plus I thought they were a goldish-yellow in 2D! And look! Here her Enchantix is green, not blue! I kind of understand why too. And in my personal opinion, it matches the wings better. Overall, I find the transformation sequence better and I generally like Aisha's Enchantix too!

Number 3:

In my opinion, Stella has the best sequence out of all the Winx. I really like the background of her sequence- it definitely looks like a starry sky at night! She only gets rank 3 as I prefer #1 and #2 outfits to hers- I feel its a bit revealing. I haven't got much to say about Stella's 3D Enchantix except it's generally very nice.

Number 2:

Is anyone surprised Flora isn't number one? But there is a reason- the sequence. While I do still like it as it's very well-done and creative, I feel it's too short and rushed a little too much before the end. That's why she gets number 2. However, Flora still does have my favourite Enchantix outfit out of all of the Winx.

Number 1:

Well, my least favourite fairy reached number 1. Well, I guess I could tolerate her in seasons 1-3. Anyway, Blloms looks beautiful and I really like the colours of her wings and outfit. Even if I do prefer Flora's outfit. But Bloom's sequence is so cool! It's my 2nd favourite after Stella's! Seeing the dragon is awesome and the effects are very well done! For these reasons, Bloom reaches number one on my list! But this is one of the few times Bloom will be number 1 for anything for me.

So, there is my list! Which 3D Enchantix is your favourite? Next up is Believix (I also just realised the order of this list is in the same order as they transform in Believix, that's pretty uncanny).

Transformation Reviews 3: Enchantix 2D

Yes! It's time to do Enchantix! One of my favourite transformations in the series! Enchantix is also a fan favourite, and I can see why.

So, I'll be only reviewing the 2D transformation. As the 3D as a different sequence and minor changes to the outfits!  

Let's begin!

Number 6:

Now, don't get me wrong. I still do really like Tecna's Enchantix! I think the sequence is really well done and I really like Tecna's wings and hair (this is the only time I will accept Tecna with long hair). However, I'm not as keen on the shorts in the outfit. That what kind of ruins it for me. Plus, I thought her secondary colour was green not yellow. Oh well. Her Enchantix still looks really nice.

Number 5:

Similar to Tecna- I really still do like Musa's Enchantix! I think her sequence is very creative and well done and her hair and her wings are gorgeous. But I feel her top is... barely there to say the least. I like the colours, but I feel the top is too short and a bit revealing to the younger viewers of the series! Plus, if you look closely at the picture, her facial expression looks kind of... odd. Other than that, I like Musa's Enchantix a lot!

Number 4:

Is the main colour of Aisha's outfit green or blue? Sometimes it's green and sometimes it's blue? I wonder if there is a particular reason. Either way, it looks nice in both colours. I like the headpiece a lot. It makes Aisha look like a real warrior fairy ready to fight! The rest of her outfit looks really elegant too and makes me think of Aisha's ability a lot; especially the wings. My only complaint is that her sequence is really short, and I don't feel like it reflects her ability enough (although her background does).

Number 3:

Ahhh Stella... How your Enchantix is very beautiful! However, similar to Musa, I feel her top is kind of... not there. But I tend to realise this less with Stella than with Musa. On the topic of her outfit, I love her skirt a lot. It's just something about it looks really nice! I really like her hair and mini tiara too. My favourite thing about Stella's Enchantix are the beautiful wings. It makes me think of pure light energy! One thing I don't get though, are all the stars. Must relate to how the sun IS a star, I suppose (I didn't think about that at first, I literally thought about it while I was writing this).

Number 2:

So, you can probably guess who has my favourite Enchantix and you are probably not surprised at all by it. Onto Bloom. She looks like a beautiful, elegant fairy, to say the least. Her dress looks beautiful and her wings are gorgeous. I don't feel like her appearance particularly summarizes her ability though. I guess her read hair does though. Oh, I also really like how Bloom's hair looks. The sequence is quite short, but done well! I like the fabric which turns into her wings- that was a nice touch! I also like the great dragon flying around her near the beginning of the sequence as well!.

Number 1:

Yes. Flora is number 1 again. Wow. But she is really beautiful! I just love her Enchantix so much! Her dress looks like a lovely flower and her hair is lovely too! I just love everything. I think her sequence is done very well too. Especially when the rose petals become her wings. What a neat idea! Speaking of the wings, I really love them! They suit Flora's ability well and make me think of natural energy! Overall, I love the outfit of Flora's Enchantix and the sequence as well!

So, whose Enchantix do you like most? Next I will be doing 3D Enchantix! (I decided not to do Fairy Dust, but my favourite Fairy Dust sequence are Stella's and Musa's).

Transformation Reviews 2: Charmix

Okay, so now I am going to review Charmix. As in, the power from season 2 (It's of course not in the Nick dub). 

As I did before, I will rank each Winx on my favourite to least favourite. I can't really base it on the transformation since most of them are the same xD. Let's get started!

Number 6:  

Don't get me wrong; I still like Aisha's charmix! I'm just not so fond on the shape of the charms. I like this pink shade though. It definitely makes me think of Aisha's morphix. Something just doesn't look right with the shape, to me. Her ending pose is quite basic too, but that's not too awful.  At least it fits Aisha...

Number 5:

Similar to Aisha's Charmix, I like Tecna's! I feel the charms do an excellent job of reflecting Tecna's ability! There is only one or two things that I'm not so fond on. One of them is her ending pose in the official transformation. Ugh. I just really don't like it at all! I just doesn't make Tecna looks good...

Number 4:

I honestly had a hard time choosing between 2, 3 and 4. In the end, Stella came 4th. I just generally like the shape of the charms and the colours looks nice too. Although I imagine with out the blue part on the lower Charm it would be quite hard to see. But that doesn't matter. Similar to Tecna, I don't really like Stella's ending pose either. That was probably the prime reason of why she is number 4.

Number 3:

Bloom's Charmix just generally looks really pleasant. But what do hearts have to do with the Dragon Flame? Oh well, that doesn't bother me too much. Bloom's Charmix is just nicely designed and the furry heart looks kind of cute. The only thing that feels off is Bloom's weird smile at the end of the transformation. It kind of scares me :/.

Number 2:

Wow! I really like Musa's Charmix! The treble clef charm looks lovely and the player-like charm suits Musa well! I just really like the design. Her ending pose is better than Stella's and Tecna's but it's not my favourite. Her face at the end is really serious. I guess she's ready to beat up the enemies!

Number 1:

Oh wow! Flora is number 1 again! Holy crap! Well, Flora's transformations are done well (her earlier ones to say the least). One thing I like is how the rose bag is a bag and not a charm! That gives it some uniqueness. Her upper charm doesn't match her powers as much, but I can see how it does at the same time. I also really love the colours.

So, what is your favourite Charmix? Next up is 2D Enchantix (Yes, I'm doing 2D and 3D)!

Transformation Reviews: Magic Winx / Charmix

To start off my reviews, I decided to review the first transformation that most fairies get: Magic Winx (or Charmix in the Nick Dub). I will be ranking these based on the original transformation sequence (not the Nick one).

I will put my reviews from my least favourite to my favourite. I know not everyone will agree, that's totally cool.


                                                               Number 6:

Now I admit. I like the sequence. It's done quite well in my opinion. However, what I don't like is the outfit. I like the purple colour. I feel it's covering far too much skin though. The wings are alright, their shape makes me think of technology for certain. I don't particularly get why the change shape though. Oh well. I'm just not fond on the outfit much, it just 

doesn't look very appealing to me.

Number 5:

Well. I have to say I like the boots. They're simple but the look quite nice on Stella. The colour fits her quite well. This goes for the rest of her transformation as well. I like her pigtails, bracelets and hairband too. I'm not so fond on the outfit. It just doesn't really click to me. But the rest is good! The wings are mediocre I suppose. The sequence is okay too, I like the rings of light around her at the end (you can see them in this picture). 

Number 4:

The leader of Winx herself! I honestly think her Magic Winx is decent. I'm not overly fond on her hair. I think it's just that bit sticking up at the top. I'm also not very fond on the tiara either. It matches yet it doesn't in my opinion. The rest of it looks nice though. The blue suits Bloom in my opinion, although you wouldn't really think she's the dragon fire fairy looking at her (unless you knew the show well). The sequence is decent as well. It's just a generally decent form I guess.

Number 3:

I was honestly really debating if I should rank Musa or Bloom number 3. In the end, Musa came out number 3. Although I prefer Bloom's wings. Musa just takes the cake. Her sequence is really cool and I really like the background colour and her outfit colour! I'm actually more fond on her S3 hair. Anyway, I really like the headphones Musa wears; it really reflects her power and personality just like the sequence! Overall, I like Musa's Magic Winx quite a lot!

Number 2:

Although the sequence isn't anything special I still really like Aisha's Magic Winx! It's probably the outfit and it's colour. Her hair looks quite nice too, there isn't much change but I like it nonetheless. Her dress looks really cool. The colour is really nice too, and I like how it has two different shades of green to make it stand out more. I also like her boots a lot. My only complaint is the background colour is too similar to Bloom's, but I guess that doesn't matter too much. I still really like Aisha's Magic Winx.

Number 1!

Where do I begin with Flora's? It's really beautiful. Her dress certainly looks like a flower and the darker shade of pink on the upper half looks really nice. I really like the long sleeves too. They make her look quite elegant and the end (closest to the hand) looks like the edge of a petal. Speaking of petals, I really like her flower necklace too. I can't really see the wings in this picture. But they look quite a bit like leaves, in my opinion. I feel the designers did a great job with it! The sequence isn't overly amazing. But I like the petals that fly around her near the end and the flower. They are neat touches! I really love Flora's Magic Winx! It's just made so well and I like that a lot!

Intro Post

Hiya. I'm Minako. I've wanted to make this blog for a long time. This will be me reviewing different things about Winx Club. Mainly the songs, characters and transformations. I do like the show a lot. But it's not my favourite. 

So, here's some basics about me as a Winx fan:

Favourite Fairy: Flora
Favourite Transformation: It's a tough one, but Enchantix and Believix (they swap from time to time).
Favourite Villain: Valtor. Easy
Favourite Season: 4. I can't remember much of 3 tbh. I like both.
Favourite Specialist: I don't really have one.
Favourite Pixie: Piff. Cute. Das all.
Favourite Fairy Animal from S7: Critty or Amarok.
